knOWledge

today, i was told that a friend of mine, who has always been kinda shady, and i knew this would happen sometime,, got a hicky, from another friend of mine; She on the other hand was always exceptionally upstanding. It made me realize how disappointed parents feel when they learn that their child did something that was completely against the child's benefit. So this phrase popped into my head: knowledge is a double edged sword. the more you know, the more painful it can be. the less you know the easier it is to strike you down.

testing the waters

Here is a poem about goin with the flow:

like the silent dropping rythym
gliding quietly down the stream
we slide down the currents of life
some of us living the dream
takin it slow
we go with the flow

decisons come and go
scenery changes
the days continue to roll
sleeping like im in a coma
im dreaming of being a rover
but for now
i stay in the river
goin oh so slow
with the flow

The Benefits to blasting music

this post is dedicated to my earbuds.

Benefits:
- Ignoring annoying children who are too loud
- having something to do in the hall other than walk
- train your ears to hear the faint cell interupption that the studio couldnt cut out
- find which ear hears better
- look busy
- shut out people you dont like or are obnoxious
- enjoy your music to the max

singularity

Just a poem today as it is late and im tired

ashes

sparkling in the sky
floating down red and black
cooling in air
firetorn clouds glare dark in the night
burned down house with people silent in fright

can the sparks in your eyes
cause fires with time?
my heart is burning
and youre the only one around.

a ruined life ashes left
on the ground called zero
no time to rebuild
no time to forget

you walk into the room
ignighting the night air
waves of heat flung about the place
tearing through our hearts
keeping you smiling the entire time
burning us into ashes

Hey School, and other distracting things like the new music.

So, most of my school day goes well, i have Music Recording over at Greyson Tech first thing in the morning which includes acoustic physics and then after that lunch/whatever i want to do time then actual pgysics with Mr. Warner a monotone but otherwise well rounded teacher. Followed by trig boring class strict teacher. Last of all Cp Language Arts another dull but otherwise well rounded class and teacher so far...

On another note i have created a playlist and added it to the blog as you so hear, the first song isnt actually what it says i'm workin on it... see you on the morrow.

Summers end

Tommorow is the beginning of Junior year of highschool, and i am already bored at the thought of it. the only two classes that i know i'll get a kick out of are Hon. physics and music recording. the only regrets to this summer end, are that i did not do practically any of the things i sought after, some of which are as follows:

1. see a sunset on a mountain

2. lose more hours of sleep than actually sleep

3. get a job

to think that my summer has essentially been wasted other than actual summer school makes me sad. oh well, just got ta get over stuff as it comes like an ocean wave as the boat struggles to continue over it we venture through life generating our own struggles and overcoming them ( i feel like somne smart guy talkin) til tommorow a sunset picture.

Pokemon: the addiction

So, i have an emulator on my computer, two actually. An emulator does exactly what it sounds like, emulates a game system. In my case i have both a N64 and a Gameboy color emulator. I have recently picked up on playing the pokemon series and find it both hard to stop, and boring while leveling. The game isnt really fun but its captivating and intresting all the same, gameplay in all the games is the same along with the plots. yet it is hard to stop. i believe i have become a Pokeaddict.

Tears of the camel

so the following is inspired by a movie The Weeping Camel, i have not followed the plot but my parents are watching it, and the camel sounds unhappy. so the poem following is titled Tears of the camel.

Tears Of the Camel.

In the desert days
where the sun rules as king
the water runs dry and the animals dont sing

time goes by and a wanderer walks past
as the camels tears land softly
on the sand as gas---(like steam not gasoline)

strange it seems that it crys so quietly now,
when others scream loudly as the days pass by
strange it seems as it cries all night
same as we, when the child just died.

ok, so i think thats the plot if youve seen the movie tell me otherwise
